Our Process

A practical four-stage process from brief to implementation, optimised for speed, feasibility, and scale economics.

01

Technical Brief

Submit your performance requirements, target specifications, application context, and volume. The more detail you provide, the faster we can scope the solution.

02

Feasibility & Scoping

Our synthesis and modification teams assess routes, timelines, and cost. We come back with a technical proposal including indicative purity profiles and yield expectations.

03

Prototype & Validation

We synthesise or modify to specification. You receive a documented prototype batch with full analytical data — QC report, COA, and SDS — for your own testing.

04

Scale & Supply

Once validated, we coordinate scale-up, toll manufacturing, and ongoing supply through internal capability plus trusted partner manufacturing pathways.

What You Provide, What You Receive

Inputs We Need

  • Target performance metrics and acceptance criteria
  • Application conditions (temperature, pH, matrix, process)
  • Volume bands and timeline constraints
  • Regulatory or documentation requirements

Outputs You Get

  • Feasibility plan with route and scope recommendation
  • Prototype material with analytical characterisation
  • Process and quality documentation for transfer
  • Scale-up pathway and ongoing supply model
